Why “berryd” Appears on Your Statement
You’ll see “berryd” on your billing or bank statement whenever you place an order with berryd (or one of our parent brands). It also shows up when a subscription renews under your account or when someone in your household makes a purchase.

Verify whether you used a different email or account to buy from berryd.

Check if someone in your family made the purchase.
To track it down:

Search your inbox for “Thank you for your purchase” or “Order summary.”

Find the receipt that matches the exact amount on your statement.

Note the sender’s email address (for example, support@DOMAINWEBSITE.com) and visit that domain’s website.

If the site looks familiar:

Click Open A Support Request at the top of their page.

Or scroll to the bottom and select Open A Support Request.
