Incorrect or outdated address

To find out if your parcel has been given a local tracking number, click here to see if your original tracking number has been assigned a local post tracking number.

Data-entry errors

If you contacted us before your order shipped and realized the address was wrong, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can work out the best solution.

If the order already shipped with an incorrect address, you may still submit a ticket through our Contact Form page to see if a replacement is possible. Please note that all sales are final and refunds cannot be issued.

Carrier delivery limitations
Some couriers return packages if they can’t deliver to the provided address or if their system doesn’t recognize it. -
Restricted destinations
Orders sent to prisons, correctional facilities, and similar institutions may encounter special delivery rules and be returned. -
Recipient refusal
A package may be sent back if the recipient declines delivery, for example, if they weren’t expecting it.
We can’t automatically resend items that are returned for the reasons above, except as noted under “Data-entry errors.” If you’d like the same items again, please place a new order on our website.
