Before a tracking number is issued:
- If you haven’t yet received your tracking details by email, please reach out via our Contact Form page. We’ll check with our Fulfillment Center and update you within 24–48 business hours on whether the change is possible.
After your tracking number arrives:

If the shipment status only reads “Label Created” or “Shipment Notification Sent,” contact us through our Contact Form page. We’ll verify with our Fulfillment Center and let you know within 24–48 business hours if we can adjust your order.

Once the package has progressed beyond those early stages and is in transit, we can’t promise a recall—but we will do everything we can to assist.
