1. If your tracking status reads “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:

Double-check common drop-off spots—porch, garage, exterior doors, under mats, or any tucked-away area.

Look for an attempted-delivery notice or postcard from your local post office.

Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.

Ask a neighbor or household member (if it’s safe) whether they accepted the delivery.

Inspect your mailbox or designated mail area—some shipments switch carriers en route.

If you live in a multi-unit building, check with the front desk, reception, or package room.

Allow up to five business days; occasionally a package scans as delivered before it actually arrives.
