Some orders ship in separate parcels. Here’s how to proceed if something’s missing:

Check for multiple tracking numbers
Review your Order Confirmation to see if each item has its own tracking code.-
If all items share one tracking number, please click here to submit a ticket and attach your packing slip or any paperwork. Once we confirm an item is missing, we’ll ship it ASAP.
